Orderly Outcome Client - COVID-19 Protocol for On-Site Services

It is a priority that the health and safety of our clients and team members are forefront in the processes we use during our sessions together. For the prevention and containment of COVID-19, the following guidelines are set forth as minimum standards of safety. It is understandable that everyone has their personal standard of safety, yet while we work together, we ask that the following guidelines be adhered to.

If you are not feeling well for any reason or if you or anyone in your household exhibits any COVID-19 symptoms (see list below) or are currently sick, please contact Orderly Outcome and your session/s will be rescheduled for the wellbeing of all.

If you knowingly or suspect you have come in contact with a person infected with COVID-19, please contact Orderly Outcome and your session/s will be rescheduled.

If you develop COVID-19 symptoms while we are working together, immediately advise an Orderly Outcome member so that the team can be safely cleared from the site.

We ask that the number of people in the home, while we are working, be at a minimum if possible. If any person or guest in the household has traveled by plane or other transportation outside of the local counties, we ask that they be off site or we reschedule after a 14 day quarantine.

In accordance with the CDC guidelines, we will be sanitizing our hands at the start of the job, after all breaks. We kindly ask that you do the same.

We will use the bathroom of your choosing and disinfect it upon departure with medical grade products. When a team is present, we will supply toiletries and disinfecting products for our use.

For maximum safety, proper fitting PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be required while working together. Masks must be worn covering both nose and mouth at all times.

Please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from all Orderly Outcome team members. In the event this distance is unavoidable, do so for a very short period of time.

We ask that windows and doors be kept open before, during and after our time in your space to allow for maximum ventilation.

In accordance to the CDC guidelines, we will avoid touching our eyes, nose and mouth. We will cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or inside of the elbow, discard tissue and wash/disinfect hands. We kindly ask that you do the same.

In the case of extreme risk due to the illness or exposure of an Orderly Outcome team member or a rise in local cases, jobs could be cancelled with very little notice to protect the health of our clients, team and the public in general. Orderly Outcome will make this determination thoughtfully and will attempt to re-staff and reschedule as we are able and as safety allows.
